“The World To Come”
(Hebrews 2:5, 6:5 KJV)
By Prophet Jacob R. Blandford
The Holy Spirit “moved” (2
Pet. 1:21) Apostle Paul to write about “the world to come”
(Heb. 2:5, 6:5). This time period is
none other than the Millennium of Revelation Chapter 20. It is also called “the regeneration” (Matthew
19:28)—which is equivalent to a “re-genesis” or “new
beginning” or a return to the innocence of the Garden of Eden. It is also called the “refreshing” (Acts
3:19) and the “restitution” (Acts 3:21).
The Old Testament prophets (major and minor) saw this beautiful time of
peace in their prophecies. I recommend
getting the Jack Van Impe Prophecy Bible (Second or Third Edition) and studying
all the shaded passages in the Holy Bible (KJV) that deal with Jesus Christ’s Millennial Kingdom! Van Impe was
a pre-millennial Baptist; and I believe that is the only true and proper
prophetic interpretation of the holy Scriptures. Van Impe also has a couple good definitions
of the Millennium in his “A-Z Index to Prophecy”, which is included
within the Jack Van Impe Prophecy Bible.
Our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ will certainly return to this earth
again (Acts 15:16), and setup his holy Kingdom with his saints (Daniel 7:14, 18, 22, 27)!
And Judah and Israel will be restored to great spiritual and political
dominance (Hebrews Ch. 8; Jeremiah Ch. 31).
